Ivo van Vilsteren

Commercial Officer

Hello everyone! My name is Ivo van Vilsteren and I will be the Commercial Officer of the EBF Board 2022-2023 this year.

I am in the finishing phase of my bachelor Business Administration in which I follow the technology management track. My next step would be a Master in the direction of supply chain or operations management, but before this I wanted to have a year with more practical challenges. This is why I decided to do a board year at the EBF.
I am 21 years old and I was born and raised in a little village called Marknesse, located in the Noordoostpolder. As I am in the last year of my bachelor I have been living in Groningen for the past three years. In my spare-time I love to play football or any another sport/game. Next to that I have been organizing a yearly festival called Grastival, but also got the change to do the ESR Fall committee for EBF in which we organized an amazing trip to Madrid. These experiences showed me that I prefer the practical work to the theoretical knowledge.

Therefore I am really looking forward to this board year and am I very excited to meet all of you at the Faculty or one of the many EBF events.
