Hi everyone!

My name is Kirsten van der Hauw and I am the Project & Internationalisation officer of the EBF Board 2020 – 2021. I am 20 years old and I was born and raised in the province of Friesland.  I started my bachelor Business Administration at the RUG in 2017. Besides my studies I enjoy spending time with my family & friends and travelling with them. 

In 2017 I immediately became a member of the EBF and joined the Introduction Weekend and other EBF activities. After this year filled with great experiences, I decided to become an active member in the second year of my studies. My first committee was the Introduction Weekend 2019. After this amazing Introduction Weekend I decided to join the European Study Research trip to Budapest as well as the European Study Research Spring Committee. Sadly, our organized trip to Lisbon could not continue due to the COVID-19 virus. Being active within the EBF enabled me to meet a lot of people and develop myself professionally. These three years made me so enthusiastic about the EBF that I am very happy to be part of the EBF Board. 

I’m beyond excited for this year together with my fellow board members! And I am really looking forward to meeting all of you and hope to see you at one of the upcoming events of the EBF!
