Yacht trainees

Yacht trainees is part of the Randstad Group. Yacht trainees is the trainee program in which we train ambitious professionals to become complete subject specialists. We do this by focusing on soft and hard skills and your personal development. Characteristic of the Yacht traineeship is the 3X3X3 formula. This means that in within three years, you will hold three different positions at three different companies. In addition, you will have a personal development program where you will learn soft skills such as leadership, presentation and negotiation. You will also get the opportunity to follow hardskill trainings like Power BI and SAPP.

Fields

Finance

The Finance traineeship with YACHT trainees is unique. You have the option to try three different positions within three years. For example, in year one you will start as a Financial Controller with KLM, then in year two as a market/data or risk analyst with ABN AMRO and finally in year three as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst for a company like Unilever. After these three years, all of this experience will definitely give you an advantage on the job market!

Supply chain

Whether you already have experience with, for example, purchasing, planning and process optimization or are still looking for something. This way you will find out which position will suits you the best. The best thing about the traineeship is that you can have an inside of several leading companies in logistics and supply chain. Over a period of three years you will work as a trainee for various clients such as KLM, Unilever, AkzoNobel, BOL.com and Vattenfall.

IT/Data

Are you a junior or starting business/data analyst, BI specialist or data scientist and are you looking for a traineeship that contributes to your personal development into a future-proof professional specialist with management skills? Then this traineeship is something for you! As a trainee you will work for various leading clients such as ABN AMRO, Alliander, Randstad, UWV or Philips.

HR

Would you like to try out different positions within HR? The HR traineeship allows you to work as an HR adviser, recruiter or customer relations manager. This will enable you to find out which function within Human Resources suits you the best. Over a period of three years you will gain work experience in various HR positions with at least three leading clients, such as Randstad Group Netherlands, KLM, ABN AMRO or a government institution.

Business & Management

Are you looking for a traineeship that contributes to your personal development into a future-proof professional specialist with management skills? The Yacht traineeship has been established to create a first career step for young talent. Yacht trainees currently employ over 300 trainees in the fields of IT, engineering, HRM, finance, legal & SCM&P. With your broad background you will carry out a position in several of these fields. Of course, we decide this together.
