Your Job

As Financial Services analyst, you will work directly with the client in a team of young and enthusiastic colleagues. You help leading (international) organizations within Financial Services to solve their most complex business problems, whilst continuously developing your market-relevant knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills. Within our team, your role will be to help clients stay ahead as data driven, digital organizations, by:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Accenture team as well as with the client
• Be up to date with technological developments in the market
• Proactively address issues and work independently on customer deliverables.
• Design, build and deliver high value solutions that help our clients move forward in every part of their business, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations
• Play a key role developing our business in the Financial Services industry by becoming a trusted partner to support our clients from strategy to execution, identifying business development opportunities and continuously strengthening both your analytical and executive capabilities.

Your background

• Fluent in Dutch and English- spoken and written
• Academic Degree
• Excellent WO and VWO results
• Extra-curricular activities (e.g. board and/or international experience)
• Strong personality, presentation and communicative skills
• 0-2 years of (relevant) work experience, preferably working for a financial institution, regulator, or other financial services player
• Affinity with and understanding of the Financial Services industry as a whole, and knowledgeable on hot topics within the industry (e.g., Open Banking)
• Affinity with (emerging) technologies, relevant for the financial services industry (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Open Banking)
