KPMG Deals Inhouse Day

At KPMG Deals we regularly make the headlines. From mergers of medium-sized companies to international mega-takeovers: we assist hundreds of them every year. How are we involved in these headlines? Prior to a deal, we assess the financial opportunities and risks of a merger or an acquisition. We analyze and model both historical and forecasted figures, and look at the possibilities for realizing synergies or cost savings, in order to ultimately arrive at a valuation of the intended deal.

During our Inhouse Day, KPMG employees who work at the Deals department will show you how their daily work and projects look like. In addition, you will work on a practical assignment yourself to get a good picture of our services. Of course, we will end the day with a drink!
