 and unforgettable social activities in another city somewhere in Europe. D
 uring this project\, you will work in teams on a real-life research topic\
 , gaining valuable research\, analytical\, and teamwork skills while explo
 ring an international business environment. Along the way\, you'll have th
 e chance to connect with fellow students\, expand your network\, and creat
 e memories. Curious about where this year's adventure will take place? The
  destination will be revealed during the first week of September\, so stay
  tuned! The ESR experience begins with an opening dinner\, followed by sev
 en weeks of lectures\, dinners\, and social events held every Monday eveni
 ng. These sessions will prepare you for the research through inspiring spe
 akers\, interactive discussions\, and valuable insights. After the study t
 rip\, two additional weeks of lectures are dedicated to finalizing the res
 earch before celebrating the successful completion of the project together
  at the final dinner. Whether you're looking to develop your academic and
