Martijn Goedemoed

Candidate Vice Chairman EBF Board 2026 - 2027

Hi everyone, my name is Martijn Goedemoed, and I am incredibly excited to introduce myself as the Vice Chairman of the 20th EBF Board!

I am an International Business student here at the University of Groningen. Although I was born and raised in Groningen, I grew up living abroad in China and Oman, where I had a lovely time and gained experiences that have shaped the way I look at the world. 
In my free time, I love playing football, going to the gym, and spending time with friends.
Unlike many of my fellow board members, I was never actively involved in the EBF before this year. So when I decided I wanted to gain practical experience alongside my studies and take on a real challenge, I figured if you are going to get involved, do it properly. What better way to go from zero to 100% than by doing a board year? Haha!

I love the role of Vice Chairman because it gives me the unique opportunity to be involved in everything and everyone. Supporting my fellow board members, keeping an eye on the bigger picture, and making sure we get the best out of each other, that is exactly where I want to be.

I am incredibly excited to realise a fantastic year together with this board, and I genuinely cannot wait to meet all of you at our events. See you there!
