Candidate Career Officer EBF Board 2026 - 2027

Hi everyone!

My name is Tjerk Kamsma and I am excited to introduce myself as the Career Officer of the EBF board 2026-2027! I am 22 years old and grew up in Grou, Friesland. For the past year I have been living in Groningen, where I am currently pursuing a MSc in Economics. A highlight of my studies so far was my exchange to Luzern, Switzerland during my BSc in Economics and Business Economics, where I had the honour to travel the whole country with a fantastic group of people! During my studies and especially last year I have gotten to know EBF through its formal and informal events.

The career pillar particularly caught my attention as I am passionate about helping students to find their path for their future career. So, if you ever have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me! A board year felt like the perfect next step to gain practical experience and extend my study career for one more year. Outside of studying, you can find me on the football pitch, at festivals, or on the Frisian waters.

I am really looking forward to the upcoming year, and I hope to see you at one of our events!
