Working Internship: Sustainable Finance en FinTech

This working internship within our Strategy & Consulting Financial Services practice will allow you to explore the most exciting trends within the industry while developing your professional skills and in-depth knowledge of the FinTech sector and other players within Financial Services.

 

Your internship journey and focus for a period of 3 to 6 months

 

FinTech

The FinTech revolution is here: with annual funding of tens of billions and technology giants such as Apple, Google, and Amazon entering the financial services space. As financial technology innovation increases in pace, new ways of providing customer value and operating businesses are shaping a new financial services industry. On the other side, regulatory pressures (e.g. KYC, AML) and changes (e.g. PSD3) may also influence the dynamic. Within this theme, you will investigate collaboration between FinTechs and Incumbents and how this partnership enables the Digital transformation journey of an incumbent. Which regulations shape the industry, how incumbents remain competitive, or how new business models or regulations may drive disruption.

Your background:

• Final year of masters (MSc / MA) at a Dutch university
• Affinity with or academic background in the Financial Sector (e.g. Business Administration, (Innovation) Management, Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Law etc.)
• You have an affinity with latest technological, strategic, and consulting trends;
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English;
• You work independently and have a hands-on mentality, you are creative and take responsibility, and you have a strong intrinsic motivation to take ownership of your work;
