




Every five years, the EBF celebrates its anniversary with a special Lustrum Week. In May 2027, we will once again organise a full week of memorable activities for our members, alumni, and partners. From academic and career-oriented events to social and recreational activities, the Lustrum Week is one of the largest and most exciting moments within the EBF.
To make this week a success, we are looking for motivated students to join the EBF Lustrum Committee.
As a member of the Lustrum Committee, you will work closely with a driven team to organise a large-scale, week-long event. You will be involved in:
Developing the overall theme of the Lustrum Week
Organising a diverse programme of events
Coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution
Collaborating with companies and partners
Promoting the Lustrum Week to a wide audience
This committee offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organising large events, while developing both professional and organisational skills. At the same time, you will experience a social and rewarding year together with your committee.
Please note that the Chairman position has already been filled by Puck Koopman. With her EBF experience, she is excited to form a motivated committee to organise an unforgettable Lustrum.
We are currently looking for students for the following roles:
Treasurer
Event Director I
Event Director II
Event Director III / Secretary
Commercial Relations
Public Relations
Each role comes with specific responsibilities. More information about the positions can be found in the brochure here.
All motivated EBF members who are eager to contribute to the Lustrum and enjoy working in a team are encouraged to apply. Whether you already have EBF experience or not, everyone is welcome.
