Well-Being Weeks - Meditation Sessions

Do you want to start your day calm and mindful? Then join the Meditation Sessions! 

During the well-being weeks at the University of Groningen, the EBF and the FEB Student Well-Being Officer will host a meditation session on the 15th, 16th, 17th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and the 25th of March 2022. 

The meditation sessions will consist of a few minutes introduction to meditating, the different techniques used and an introduction to mindfulness. Every session will have a different setup, so that every session you will learn something new! After this, a guided meditation session of 10 minutes will be held.
