Explore our Deals business unit:

Corporate Finance:
A prerequisite for a successful acquisition is a well-managed process. With millions at stake, our customers can be demanding, so our advice - the advice you will eventually give - is crucial. We need to be well-informed, able to build relationships quickly and effectively and think strategically. Relationships are an important part of our business. In addition to your technical work, you will have regular contact with various customers.

Deals Strategy:
As a consultant in Deals Strategy you support companies and (private equity) investors in their assessment of investment-related strategic issues. Based on a thorough analysis of market, competition and business information, you help our clients make investment decisions, develop business plans or help companies prior to or after acquisition to maximize company value.

Financial Due Diligence:
The financial due diligence we carry out helps buyers understand what will make a transaction a success. We thoroughly assess a company's finances, take into account opportunities and risks and identify potential deal issues. We also work for suppliers and independently assess companies so that potential buyers can make informed decisions.

Deal Analytics:
We use big data analytics to help management and investors make the right decisions. This can include creating new growth opportunities, working more efficiently or more sharply identifying risks.

ESG:
In ESG in Deals you will help clients understand Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics in the context of mergers and acquisitions. The diligence and value creation services we provide to help our clients understand the deal risks and opportunities associated with ESG topics such as greenhouse gas emissions, pollution, human rights and diversity.

Debt Advisory:
As a Debt & Capital Advisor at PwC, you know the players in the finance market and the advantages and disadvantages of certain solutions. You're part of a team that works with Private Equity and Corporate clients to ensure that they get the best solution, whether it's in the form of debt, equity or something in between.

Valuations:
Within valuations you discuss the valuation of companies in the broadest sense of the word. You are involved in deal valuations, valuations for financial reporting and shareholder disputes. You are the spider in the web because you translate strategic, operational and financial results into an honest and independent valuation.

Delivering Deal Value:
Buyers and sellers need to understand the key business drivers and key opportunities to quickly extract deal value from transactions. Within this competency, you support customers in the final phase of a takeover or merger, or just after.

Business Restructuring Services:
From small family businesses to large multinationals, Business Restructuring Services (BRS) helps underperforming companies and people with interests in underperforming companies to understand and solve their problems. This can mean devising strategies to change the company, restructure its debts and operations or guide it through an insolvency process.
